Summary: 1. Provides operational and administrative support to Professional Practice through development and maintenance of program-specific processes, related documents, database development and coordination, data entry, monitoring and coordinating deliverables and maintaining timelines.

2. Drafts and maintains data collection instructions, tools and processes to ensure consistent, high quality data collection. Collaborates with the HR Data Analytics team, other departments and Professional Practice staff to ensure data collection is complete and accurate. Acts as an expert and central point of contact to all relevant partners on database inquiries and any other concerns.

3. Supports Professional Practice by extracting data from a variety of databases and other sources, and creating custom reports utilizing database and spreadsheet software as requested. Compiles data and produces statistical reports as required.

5. Collaborates with PHC departments to develop program-specific databases for data collection and tracking.

6. Monitors period, quarterly, mid-year and year-end budget expenditures and reports variances. Gathers and summarizes financial information related to assigned programs and projects.

7. Contributes to the monitoring of budgets and core activities in collaboration with Professional Practice Staff, Practice Consultants and Director to ensure that funds are spent as planned and within budget and that program objectives are achieved.

8. Coordinates program support activities by organizing workflows and determining program priorities, resolving day-to-day issues, and evaluating operating procedures.

9. Responds to ad hoc requests for information and analysis by researching and gathering information required, manipulating database fields, preparing spreadsheets, tables, charts, graphs, reports and presentations as required to summarize information.

10. Attends a variety of committee and departmental meetings to provide support and/or information including regarding the status of the program.

11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills and Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or in a related field, supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years’ recent, related analysis, evaluation, coordination and planning experience in a large, complex organization or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Experience in distinct areas must be exhibited: program evaluation/analysis, project planning/coordination/management and technical expertise relating to database development and data entry.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement project plans, meet timelines, juggle competing priorities, and creatively problem-solve.
