Indoor Guest Services Representative

If you are passionate aboutenhancing the quality of our guests' experience and being the main liaison for guests, then this position is for you. You will be a knowledge expert for Whitewater’s terrain, events, and services as well as an important information resource for Nelson and the surrounding area.

As the first face our customers see in the downtown office, you’ll gain a lot of expertise in all facets of the business, from selling lift ticket and pass products, down to retail/rentals and snow school. Key areas of responsibility include managing the main reception phoneline, coordinating shipping and receiving, selling a variety of the resort's products including lift, lesson and retail, and reconciling daily sales. You will have opportunity to assist multiple departments with various administrative tasks and work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure you have the most up to date information regarding conditions, events, policies and procedures, and occasionally work shifts at the mountain to support the team. In this position, you will become a part of not only the Whitewater community but the community itself by making long-lasting relationships with your colleagues and guests.
- Minimum Qualifications: _ Excellent people and communication skills, computer and cash handling experience. Previous Guest Services experience is an asset.
