Reports to: Retail Supervisor
Employment Status/Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Seasonal
Compensation: $ (DOE) along with additional employee benefits.

JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Retail Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for guests at Whitewater. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their retail selections, whether they are acquiring new equipment or mementos from their visit. Utilizing your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills, you will guide them in making informed choices. In addition to customer interaction, you will manage store displays, maintain inventory, restock merchandise, and ensure the retail space remains inviting and well-organized.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Merchandising, pricing, selling, and maintaining inventory.
- Handling cash transactions, including debit and credit processing.
- Performing opening and closing tasks: cash management, cleaning, and organizing.
- Demonstrating flexibility and readiness to assist in various roles as needed.
- Exhibiting knowledge and enthusiasm for the company and resort.
- Implementing risk management protocols as per company guidelines.
- Collaborating effectively with team members.
- Ensuring the retail area is clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.
- Willingness to travel to the mountain and work during weekends and holidays as required.
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION:
- Previous experience in retail is advantageous.
- Familiarity with computer systems and cash handling is preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Previous experience in merchandising is a plus.
