JOB OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional service of beverages and food, ensuring that our guests enjoy a delightful and memorable experience at our outdoor patio. You will collaborate with kitchen staff to create a remarkable food and beverage experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrive at work appropriately dressed and groomed, punctually.
  • Provide warm and efficient service to guests while adhering to service standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar, tables, and storage areas.
  • Handle cash accurately throughout the day and complete cash-out procedures at the end of your shift.
  • Conduct daily inventory with precision.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service.
  • Implement all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Promote sustainability in daily operations and planning.
  • Support the safety culture by reviewing and updating relevant documents.
  • Work towards achieving departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to organizational success.
  • Embrace and promote the company's mission and values.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bar, restaurant, or cafeteria setting.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Mature, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
  • Possession of Serving It Right certification.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Mature, friendly, and reliable character.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
