**Duties**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and market trends.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively through various channels.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain an organized database of client information, property listings, and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Stay updated on local market conditions, property management regulations, and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in marketing techniques to showcase properties effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of property management practices is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Pay: $99,905.00-$116,439.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
