**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Human Resources Manager**. This person is responsible for a complete and constant follow-up on the performance, well-being and work relations of the employees, either during the annual performance evaluations or upon request. He/she establishes performance development plans based on needs. This person research relevant training for the studio's employees and artists.

**Qualifications**:
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees;
- Supervise the staffing process;
- Find solutions to employee and supervisor concerns;
- Coordinate the entire employee performance monitoring process, conduct promotions and participate in annual evaluations;
- Create and suggest development plans for employees;
- Research and propose relevant training to employees;
- Ensure follow-up on temporary leaves;
- Ensure the well-being of employees;
- Oversee employee arrivals and departures and communicate updates to appropriate individuals;
- Review policies and practices to maintain compliance with laws and policies;
- Keep informed of trends, best practices, new technologies in human resources and talent management;

**Qualifications and skills**
- Written and verbal communication in English and French;
- Knowledge of general human resources strategies;
- Active listening and problem-solving skills for employee relations;
- CHRP, an asset;
- Positivism, ability to adapt to change;
