**Human Resources Manager**

Equisoft, a leading global provider of digital business solutions for the insurance and wealth industries, is actively seeking new talent

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for designing and leading integrated talent management strategies that will meet Equisoft’s current and future needs.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide strategic advice and leadership in the creation and execution of organization-wide talent management strategies and programs
- Responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate KPIs to support the overall talent management strategy
- Responsible for providing valuable insights and data to the Executive Committee upon request
- Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience (internal and external), increase hiring efficiency, and manage costs
- Promote the values and culture of our organization
- Responsible for the leadership, support, coaching and development of a growing team of 6 generalists across multiple countries and time zones by:

- Setting guidelines and expectations for all recruiting activities and performance
- Organizing and distributing responsibilities to ensure that the workload is manageable for all team members
- Support the team in developing talent management best practices and tools
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws
- Ensure that HR services are provided, and the needs of internal clients are met in a timely fashion
- Provide the Human Resources Vice President with timely updates on selected activities

**MUST-HAVES**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- Minimum of 8 years in team management and 10+ years as senior generalist in the IT industry
- Prior experience managing a team with global and international operations
- Fluency in English and French: excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of labor legislations (mainly USA and Canada). Knowledge of labor legislations of other territories in which Equisoft maintains operations is a strong asset
- Aptitude for providing leadership, direction, coaching, support and instilling a strong sense of cooperation and collaboration
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make ideal decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
