National Accounts Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national bedding accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- **Sales Strategy**:
- Create and implement sales strategies tailored to national bedding accounts, focusing on long-term growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, customer service, new product development and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and product availability.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align efforts and share best practices.
- **Performance Tracking**:
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on account status and growth opportunities.
- **Negotiation**:
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with national accounts to secure profitable agreements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales/account management, preferably within the foam manufacturing, bedding or related industry.
- Proven track record of managing national accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
