**Position Summary**
We are looking for a National Account Manager, Team Lead ideally based at our North York location reporting into the Sales Director. This position contributes to the success of Nestlé Professional by achieving revenue and profit targets through leadership of a sales team to attract, acquire new business and grow and retain existing business of large corporate customers. The national account sales team delivers this by developing and leveraging strategic customer relationships to manage complex business contracts. The Team Lead is responsible for actively managing and developing overarching strategies and Customer Business Plans resulting in new and existing pipeline opportunities to achieve targets. Working in collaboration cross functionally is imperative to achieve success. Goals and objectives are achieved through direct management as well as coaching and developing team, setting clear business strategy and holding team accountable to expectations. They are also responsible (directly and indirectly) for distributor relationships, field sales coordination as required, forecasting, to include possible new product development and third-party relationships (Broker sales).

**A day in the life of a National Account Manager, Team Lead**:

- Actively participate within ICP and OMP processes, and define national account sales strategy to implement Channel Category and Customers Plans
- Analyse national account performance against targets, and work with the team to develop plans to address gaps.
- Manage and track national account pipelines for existing and new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and develop national account distributor relationships and third party partnerships (Broker) to maximize results.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior key decision makers within national account customers and market influencers.
- Deep industry knowledge of key segments, commercial and non-commercial channels including but not limited to, Full Serve, Quick Serve, Lodging, Healthcare, College and University, Travel, Grocery and Manufacturers.
- Ensure robust recruitment of top talent, training and development, succession plans, training, and coaching of team and indirect report (includes third party).

**What will make you successful?**
- Minimum 10 years in progressive sales roles, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results
- Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people with minimum 3 years experience with Direct People leadership
- Education: Completed University Degree ideally in Business Administration
