Quebec Province, Canada Multi-Action Labels Full time

**Your mission will be**:

- Follow-up and answer customer questions;
- Enter customer orders;
- Assist management staff, as needed, and act as liaison in customer communications;
- Forward quotations to customers;
- Follow-up on certain submissions;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Provide administrative support;
- Maintain up-to-date files;
- Perform all other related tasks.

**We are looking for**:

- Bilingualism;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees and suppliers encountered in the course of work;
- Experience in customer service (preferably in a manufacturing and/or technical environment);
- Be autonomous and resourceful;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in an organized manner and under pressure;
- Proficiency in the use of IT tools (Microsoft Office, accounting, CRM, etc.);
**Working conditions**:

- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., permanent position, 40 hours per week;
- Telecommuting available
- Competitive salary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
