**This role acts as the tether between sales, operations and external customers and ensures a successful customer experience for both internal and external customers**. This role plays a critical role as they represent the company and its 30-year reputation as a strong adhesive solutions provider. This is a role that heavily supports both internal and external customers across North America by liaising and communicating with internal departments while demonstrating and upholding a high level of customer satisfaction and by executing sales activities such as cold calling and supporting assigned accounts. There are no on sites visits required. **Cold calling, prequalifying leads and routing them to the Field Sales Reps is a big portion of the role.**

Experience working in an industrial sales environment or in consumer product manufacturing environment would be helpful.

In office, and work from home hybrid working conditions. You must have the desire to earn at least 50K plus incentives.

**Ce poste fait le lien entre les ventes, les opérations et les clients externes et garantit une expérience client réussie pour les clients internes et externes**. Il joue un rôle essentiel car il représente l'entreprise et sa réputation de fournisseur de solutions adhésives depuis 30 ans. Il s'agit d'un poste qui soutient fortement les clients internes et externes à travers l'Amérique du Nord en assurant la liaison et la communication avec les départements internes tout en démontrant et en maintenant un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle et en exécutant des activités de vente telles que le démarchage à froid et le soutien des comptes assignés. Aucune visite sur site n'est requise. **Les appels à froid, la préqualification des prospects et leur acheminement vers les représentants des ventes sur le terrain constituent une grande partie du rôle.**

Une expérience de travail dans un environnement de vente industrielle ou dans un environnement de fabrication de produits de consommation serait utile.

Conditions de travail hybrides : bureau et travail à domicile. Vous devez avoir le désir de gagner au moins 50K plus des incitations.
