**Position Overview**
The Ecommerce Site Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the site layout of the UNIQLO Canada website to form a customer-centric digital commerce experience to maximize conversions and sales across all platforms (Mobile, Desktop, and App). This member will work with the Site Ops team and other departments to confirm and create content ranging from feature pages, special event contents and blog posts, in order to better inform our customers about the features and functions of UNIQLO products and services. They will also assist with a range of site optimization tasks including SEO management, product merchandising and routine site audits.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Update Website (Mobile, Desktop) and Mobile App layout and products changes based on sales/marketing strategy
- Assist with the localization and creation of all editorial and special content
- Produce and update banner images for homepage and category pages
- Adjust display order, product taxonomies, and keyword tagging
- Manage SKUs based on inventory, price adjustments, promotions, sales campaigns
- Edit copy to align with local language and SEO best practices
- Understand BI reports and be able to uncover gaps in customer experience and communicate findings and solutions
- Ensure excellent communication and cooperation with all departments
**Desired Skills and Experiences**
- Bachelors in Marketing, Commerce, Management or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ in Ecommerce site operations experience with a strong understanding of Ecommerce best practices
- 1-3 years’ experience working with English to French copy translations/marketing copywriting preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics and other BI tools)
- Familiarity with HTML, Javascript, and SQL is an asset
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adaptable to new changes
- Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to find solutions to achieve our common goals
- In-store fashion retail experience is an asset
