Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Brand Partner Coordinator to collaborate with key suppliers and internal teams to optimize their e-commerce experience with The Home Depot Canada. As a vital member of our Brand Advocate Program, you will develop and implement data-driven content strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, you will foster strong relationships and facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • You will work closely with your vendor partners and internal teams to prioritize e-commerce projects, including new product onboarding, content enrichment, deep-dive analysis, and more.

  • Drives Results: Demonstrated track record of achieving goals and driving business growth.
  • Communicates Effectively: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Aptitude for Data Analytics & eCommerce Expertise: Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with key e-commerce metrics and analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Looker).

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career advancement within a dynamic and growing organization.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to Toronto Store Support (SSC) location and GTA Home Depot stores.

Work Environment:

  • Remote work arrangement with occasional on-site visits to SSC and store locations.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • University/College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.
