**Company Description**

H.A.Kidd is a manufacturer and distributor of Creative Arts and Textile Arts products with its Head Office in Toronto and Warehouses in Toronto, Montreal and Edmonton. We have a great in-house creative team that creates and executes designs that help showcase our Products and Categories to our Customers.

**Position**:
Responsible for managing and growing all Online Marketplaces, direct-to-consumer Shopify Sites. This includes creating, editing, deleting, optimizing, maintaining listings, product descriptions, product images, pricing, on hand inventory, order status of the
- Company’s website
- company’s online ecommerce websites
- company’s shopify sites

It also includes creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Duties will also include assisting the marketing department, sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Managing the Company’s Website**
- Manage the complete list of products by adding and removing products as necessary; setting up promotional offers and maintaining accurate release dates and pricing.
- Manage the CMS of the website

**Managing Online Marketplaces**
- Manage the complete list of products by adding and removing products as necessary; setting up promotional offers and maintaining accurate release dates, pricing, images, product descriptions.
- Make sure our products are competitive always - monitor competitive listings/pricing and make pricing recommendations.
- Conduct keyword research for key products. Regularly optimize content for key listings on Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. Improve discoverability, views and consideration on Amazon and Walmart.
- Process daily e-commerce orders in a timely manner.

**Managing e-commerce (Shopify) sites**
- Manage the complete list of products by adding and removing products as necessary; setting up promotional offers and maintaining accurate release dates, pricing, images, product descriptions.
- Make sure our products are competitive always - monitor competitive listings/pricing and make pricing recommendations.
- Conduct keyword research for key products. Regularly optimize content for key listings on Shopify. Improve discoverability, views and consideration on Shopify.
- Process daily e-commerce orders in a timely manner.
- Create Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Insta Ads linking to the company’s shopify sites.
- Conduct A/B testing to see which ads are working and constantly optimize performance.
- Upload product photography and descriptions to the ecommerce platform and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner
- Analyze Web site traffic sources, on-site click flow and sales reporting.
- Manage digital assets (images, videos, etc.) for all products and oversee the process of onboarding new products to several marketplaces
- Ensure all product information, images, descriptions, pricing and web content is accurate and up to date
- Support and contribute to the creation and execution of all e-commerce promotional activities
- Monitors best practices from across the industry and on competitor sites to make recommendations to the team

**Content Development and Maintenance**:

- Collaborate with marketing manager and graphic design team members to plan and develop site content
- Use editing and proofing skills to ensure that the work is about as error free as possible
- Assist in photography editing
- Liaise with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency
- Use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
- Research latest industry best practices to integrate into content planning and generate new ideas

**Marketing Administration**:

- Maintain catalogue library, price lists and product images on Prism. Coordinate with IT department for e-commerce activities
- Creates and maintains current list of available sell sheets, catalogues and price lists
- Update data, price lists and images for various e-commerce portals
- Send Sales Office Administrator new and/or updated sell sheets, catalogues and price lists to include in weekly communications. Work with the Executive Assistant President’s Office to supply web images for Key Accounts.
- Perform a wide variety of support functions including creation and maintenance of marketing databases.

- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Solid understanding and awareness of direct-to-consumer ecommerce, market trends, tools, shopify platform, online marketplaces - including Walmart and Amazon
- Good understanding of using legacy databases.
- Knowledge of E-commerce markets
- Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
