The Infrastructure Support Technician position is responsible for the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for technical support at clients’ sites including resolving desktop, server, printer, software, and network issues.
- Maintain records of all work completed through ticketing system.
- Responsible for integrating and supporting various Windows-based and client/server-based networks, as well as virtual servers running on Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Test and install Windows Server patches and software updates.
- Maintain and monitor backup software and logs.
- Assist with various IT projects and upgrades.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customers’ concerns.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and who takes pride in delivering timely and accurate results.
- 5 years’ experience in server/client networks.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Server products and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience operating in a professional client-facing role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient communication and customer service skills.
- Adept at multi-tasking and time management.
- ConnectWise Manage/Automate knowledge is an asset
- Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology
- Must have a reliable vehicle and Class 5 license
