Thinkr Marketing is one of Greater Hamilton’s largest full-service marketing agencies. We have been around since 1999 and we’re proud to call the Hammer, home. We work with Hamilton’s most iconic brands in the industrial, food and beverage, retail, and service industries.

We are searching for an account coordinator to add to our team on a full-time basis. We’re looking for someone that has some account coordination experience, but more importantly, we are seeking someone who wants to grow and develop into a future account manager.

As an Account Coordinator, you will work within the Accounts department as an important liaison and overflow support for the accounts team (and the client expectations). Under the direction of the Account Director/Senior Manager, the Account Coordinator will undertake the following (but not limited to):
**External Relationships**
- Document all client and agency meetings in a timely manner. Follow-up of client meetings sent within 24 hours.
- Coordinate with media or other partners for all ad material or element requests as needed.
- Coordinate and execute general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the accounts.

**Communication and Process**
- Understand internal processes for project revisions and approvals.
- Monitor and maintain all necessary records on the client’s business performance and the impact of advertising programs. These include ad tracking summaries, pertinent historical data, media plans and flowcharts.
- Develop a thorough understanding of advertising regulations and guidelines specific to client business/category/advertising channel and production.

**Internal Relationships**
- Take initiative to ensure all internal departments have all necessary information, materials, and elements in a timely manner.
- Seek support from Account Director/Manager, and other team members, to maximize your learning opportunities and ensure clients and co-workers receive high quality work, on-time and consistently.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing or Advertising
- 1 year advertising agency, or related marketing, experience
- A keen interest and passion for marketing strategy and working as a team
- Ability to think analytically, creatively and strategically
- Training in juggling (able to multitask with the best of them)
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- A positive attitude, even when things get difficult
- Experience with briefing tasks
- Sense of urgency with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of ClickUp is considered an asset

**Responsibilities**:

- Under supervision of the Marketing Director/Senior Manager, be responsible for the flawless execution of projects from brief to completion, delivered on time and within allotted hours
- Support your team in various administrative tasks
- Develop strong relationships with clients and manage client expectations
- Document all client and agency meetings in a timely manner
- Undertake marketing research and gather any necessary resource to complete a project
- Present work for client approval at all appropriate stages of creative and production
- Obtain internal approvals at all appropriate stages of creative and production
- Obtain production estimates and input into budgets
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Meet with the Account Director/Manager on a regular basis
- Bring fresh ideas to the table for our clients

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
