This exciting position will be based in our administrative offices in Ancaster, Ontario and offers full-time hours, a collaborative work environment and the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team.

**Your Work at a Glance**

As part of our commercial administration team, this vital position will support our commercial lending function by ensuring timely follow up and completion of all documentation, timely processing and completion of statements, forms and letters related to the lending process, and executing an array of essential activities while providing administrative support within the department.

This position is critical to the annual review process of Tandia’s commercial accounts, and in this role you will maintain a meticulous system for follow up on our existing commercial mortgage renewals, complete reconciliations and loan payments and manage and control delinquency.

In this role, you will be able to use your keen analytical skills while reviewing financial statements and other critical reports, and your knowledge of lending, project financing, market analysis trends and cash management will be put to use. Your understanding of mortgage security registration will be vital for success in this role.

Thankfully, you are meticulous when it comes to keeping track of the details, and staying on top of deadlines, repetitive tasks and executing a multitude of processes, so constantly changing priorities will be a breeze for you.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has completed a degree / diploma in the field of Business/Commerce, Finance, Economics or has equivalent work experience
- Has a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in commercial lending administration or commercial services administration in a financial institution and understands personal and commercial lending policies
- Has hands-on experience with consumer and commercial lending documentation and understands the processes required and the legalities involved with mortgages, amending agreements, title insurance, general security agreements and PPSA registrations
- Ideally has a background in credit underwriting, which is considered an asset
- Has the ability to work accurately with a high degree of attention to detail
