As the Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining a vibrant digital community for our network and end consumers. Collaborating closely with the Founder, you will contribute to the development and execution of a strategic social media plan that enhances engagement, excitement, and education surrounding our products, events, and brand.

Specific Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing and Coordinating Sipology's social media strategy and its execution. This includes the development and execution of comprehensive plans aligned with the brand.
  • Building and growing social communities, focusing on driving brand awareness, increasing sales, acquiring new customers, and encouraging consultant recruitment. Communicating with end users, and influencers on a personal and regular basis.
  • Creating and curating compelling and engaging content for each platform's community, including posts, stories, and Q&A threads. Nurture a community atmosphere by proactively interacting with followers, responding to comments, and actively participating in related discussions.
  • Responsible for daily social media interaction with users, content creation and implementation of visually appealing graphics, including copywriting, staging, photography, editing, and acting as the brand voice of Sipology on all channels.
  • Conceptualizing, filming, and editing regular on-trend video content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, aligning with brand voice and engagement goals, and collaborating with internal teams, including videographers and creatives.
  • Serve as a guardian of Sipology's brand reputation in the online space, monitoring and engaging with online conversations about the brand, and providing prompt responses through social channels.
  • Identifying industry influencers and coordinating partner market opportunities and outreach leveraging their platform to expand our reach and promote and build confidence in Sipology's community and products.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute social media strategies for revenue generation, including PR initiatives, brand partnerships, blog content, fundraising programs, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development team on seasonal themes, researching market trends, and conceptualizing monthly marketing strategy materials for Social Media.
  • Creating and managing unique promotional campaigns for digital audiences including strategic use of PPC options, sponsored posts, and social media contests aligned with the overall promotional strategy and calendar.
  • Owning analysis for digital marketing, developing metrics for evaluating strategy performance and providing advice on trends, including recommendations. Reporting on crucial performance metrics, delivering insights, and suggesting recommendations to elevate our social media impact.
  • Measuring and managing analytics, reporting, and dashboards to enhance the social and online experience for all audiences. Staying updated on social media trends, issues, and best practices through professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing/social media/community management role.
  • Proven experience in implementing successful online marketing campaigns using Facebook/ Instagram/SEO
  • Ability to understand our customer base and adapt to the existing community and common language.
  • Creative/detailed type who can seamlessly flow back and forth between creative design and performance analytics. Video creation and editing skills are an asset.
  • Possess a creative mindset with a knack for identifying and implementing innovative engagement tactics.
  • Experience in managing a social community and a strong understanding of community building, user engagement, and content creation.
  • Management of PPC, SEO, and Google Analytics and have a strong ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as copywriting experience.
  • High energy and looking to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
