**Job Purpose**:
The Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic and motivated team player with a strong eye for detail, who is open to engage and participate in multiple projects and marketing channels. Working with a growing and dynamic company such as Pearle Hospitality, the individual in this role has a strong understanding of hospitality operations and consistently strives to progress their career in hospitality marketing. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Manager and supports the execution of Pearle’s marketing strategy, having a positive impact on the success of each of our beautiful & unique properties.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support the execution of the marketing strategy for Pearle Hospitality and its properties/brands, including the launch and development of any new or proposed properties/brands.
- Act as a brand guardian for Pearle Hospitality and its brands and help develop standards and brand guidelines for style and content across both internal and external communications.
- Contribute to strategic and creative marketing ideas through brainstorming and research in market data and research trends in order to further the goals of the department and to execute the yearly marketing plan.
- Assist with managing all existing content and images via SharePoint and manage all new marketing content management systems.
- Contribute to the development of Pearle Hospitality and all brand/property newsletters, automation programs and data management.
- Work with the full marketing team to ensure all third-party partners (i.e., OpenTable, Wedding Wire, Tripadvisor, Event Source, Google Places, etc.) are updated and have accurate company information.
- Curate and organize content and social media for venues. Act as a direct contact for the venue stakeholders for social media calendars.
- Ensure all venue and events menus edits are updated and accurate by adhering to the menu edits calendar. Clearly communicate changes to the Marketing Manager.
- Execute changes and proactively ensure all marketing and events collateral are accurate by adhering to brands guidelines.
- Assist with promotion of key calendar events and/or creative initiatives such as Christmas, Father’s Day, Fall Frolic, wedding shows, etc.
- Support property & brand photoshoots, ensuring standards of images and content generated are maintained.
- Drive increased bookings through B2C and B2B marketing activities.
- Assist in the development of Pearle Food & Beverage menus (design, pricing, layout, etc.).
- Maintain open communication with venues and events teams in order to facilitate the seasonal menu changes, collateral and platform updates.
- Assist with corporate entertaining or events when required which may include FAM trips, showcases, open houses, etc., that may take place outside of traditional working hours.
- Act as an ambassador of Pearle Hospitality and actively represent and promote Pearle Hospitality’s core values within the workplace.

**What we would like you to bring to the position**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing/Communications is preferred.
- Working knowledge and experience with Adobe/WordPress is preferred.
- **Communication**:Demonstrated proficiency and style in oral and written communications with clients, vendors, and co-workers. A background in effectively managing & building business, community and supplier partnerships and relationships.
- **Work Ethic/Development**:Demonstrated awareness of personal strengths and areas for professional development, as well as a keen interest in personal growth and expanding your knowledge base and skills.
- **Organization**:Organize weekly calendars to maximize efficiency. Create and maintain efficient systems for filing and retrieving relevant documents and reference materials pertaining to Pearle Hospitality properties. Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to execute with excellence and ensure organizational efficiency.
