Part Time Receptionist/administrator

Role Summary

- Assisting in the quality, accuracy and efficiency of club operations from the front line to the
back office
- Supporting management from point of view as first contact with members, administrators,
instructors.
- Manage and maintain the administration of membership and personal training agreements.
- Nurturing relationships with members and following up throughout the
year to maximize renewals.
- Follow-up with new members and inactive members to maximize retention.
- Handling member complaints and suggestions and communicating them to management to ensure they are handled appropriately.
- Follow-up with delinquent and incomplete member accounts.
- Front line responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Administration support, answering multi-line phone systems, answer information
- Sales Support Administration
- Back-office responsibilities including filing, reconciliations, member audits, direct support to management.
- Consistently greeting members/customers/guests in a friendly manner ensuring present
membership cards upon entry.
- Maintain up-to-date and detailed knowledge of retail.
- Retail gear sales.
- Manage and implement procedures to ensure compliance with club policies and increase
member/customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring any maintenance issues are immediately conveyed to the Maintenance Team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
