**JOB OVERVIEW**
Harbour City Kitchens Inc. is in search of a friendly and outgoing Service Coordinator to join our team. As the Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage, plan, and coordinate service orders and deficiencies. The service coordinator will be responsible for the smooth liaising between the installer contractors, service team, sales team, and shipping department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution of customer service requests, while upholding the standards, values, and goals set by Harbour City Kitchens.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- **Customer Service**_
- Review and process all Installer Jobsite Reports
- Communicate with various departments for clarification on various orders.
- Manage the service installer calendar and schedule daily appointments for the service installers, ensuring optimization of time.
- Building positive and collaborative relationships with all points of contact to successfully meet customer needs and expectations.
- Manage the shipping tickets and update the ERP system daily to reflect all the daily activities.
- Communicate with clients/builders ensuring access and site readiness.
- Confirm and verify service appointments and reschedule as required to meet external or internal requirements.
- Collaborate with the shop to ensure all necessary parts are available when required.
- Prepare service orders as per installer jobsite reports, salesperson, and clients/builders requests and communicate with these parties as necessary for clarification prior to processing the paperwork.
- Working together with other team members and departments to ensure the success of the service department.
- Upon receipt of the completed Service Order from the shop schedule and confirm Service Installer appointments
- Support Service department team members
- Follow up on deficiencies, ensure they are remade, delivered, and installed.

**QUALIFICATION **_**NICE **_**TO HAVE**
- Previous experience in a customer service or service coordination role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry, is beneficial.
- The ability to read job plans (kitchen, vanity, closet etc.) and identify parts is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers, service installers, and internal teams. Active listening skills are important to understand customer needs and effectively convey information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage service orders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate documentation and efficient scheduling.
- Proficient problem-solving skills to assess and resolve customer service issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Adaptability and resourcefulness in finding solutions are valuable traits.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the service process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with service installers, internal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of service requests.
- Display professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric attitude in all interactions, representing the values and standards of Harbour City Kitchens.
**COMPENSATION**:
- $23 - $28/hr depending on experience
