Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?- Être responsable du support aux utilisateurs, de l’amélioration continue de la configuration de Workday et de la mise à jour des processus d’affaires RH tout en assurant la qualité et l’intégrité des données;-
- En collaboration avec les experts de contenus (SME), contribuer à l’optimisation des fonctionnalités de Workday, en évaluant nos processus et règles opérationnels, ainsi que les capacités du système qui sont déjà en place ou qui sont souhaitables;-
- Participer aux activités d’analyse d’impact, de test et de déploiement des fonctionnalités;-
- Contribuer à la création de rapport et de tableaux de bord;-
- Comprendre et gérer le flux de bout en bout des données RH dans plusieurs systèmes et fonctions;-
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble de l’équipe RH et les autres départements impliqués dans les différents systèmes (principalement les technologies de l’information);-
- Collaborer à la création et la mise à jour de la documentation technique qui servira comme référence;-
- Soutenir les processus et activités des différents systèmes RH et recommander des solutions d’amélioration et d’optimisation de ces systèmes.- Ce qu’il te faut pour être Analyste SIRH chez nous?- 3 à 5 années d’expérience en tant qu’Analyste SIRH, Workday (un atout), modules Absence et Time Tracking (ou autres);-
- Diplôme universitaire en administration ou domaine connexe;-
- Capacité de définir et d’exprimer clairement des exigences, des priorités, des incidences et des solutions;-
- Connaissance avancée d’Excel aux fins de production de rapports et de validation de paramètres et de données;-
- Pouvoir bien lire, écrire et parler en anglais afin de suivre des formations et lire de la documentation en anglais;-
- Capacité de gérer des renseignements sensibles et hautement confidentiels;-
- Capacité de produire des travaux ponctuels et de manière autonome.Des avantages qui font une réelle différence:
