As Client Relations Receptionist, you will help develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You will help sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. Products and services include personal insurance, group insurance, group benefits, insurance brokerage, segregated funds, travel insurance, and the settlement of life and health insurance claims.

Your role will consist in assisting members and clients in your areas and in helping maintain good business relations. You will perform sales-support and client-relations tasks regarding specific products and services or general requests for information in accordance with current practices, capitalizing on your ability to adapt your approach as required. With your well-honed interpersonal and effective communication skills, you will ensure member and client satisfaction and the quality of the services delivered in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures.

General Information on the Position

Other working conditions- Schedule: Hours may increase during summer and vacation replacements; hours during the rest of the year will vary depending on business needs, Shift between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Monday to Sunday- Workplace:The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework- Temporary work: scheduled to end on June 15, 2024- Other relevant information : Must be available to work on statutory holidays- Number of jobs available : 1

**Qualifications**:
- High school diplômas in a related field- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

Proficient speaker, advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
