Open since 1978, our client is a watch and jewelry store located in the heart of downtown Montreal. They carry over 30 high-end brands, create jewelry and engagement rings and offer servicing & repair for both watches and jewelry. They are dedicated to offering the best customer service possible.


Their premises has been completely renovated and a larger expansion is ongoing, offering a beautiful new work environment. They are a family-run business with a close-knit team, seeking a poised and professional Receptionist to join them.


Position summary:

As the first point of contact for our prestigious clientele, you will play a crucial role in creating a lasting impression and ensuring a seamless experience for all who enter our boutique. Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and Greet Clients:

• Extend a warm and hospitable welcome to all clients as they enter the boutique.

• Ensure clients are promptly attended to and made to feel valued.

2. Answer Inquiries:

• Field and transfer phone calls to correct sales associate or department. When required, take detailed note of any messages, and distribute them in a timely manner.

• Provide accurate and detailed information about the boutique's offerings to callers.

4. Maintain Boutique Appearance:

• Ensure the boutique's reception area is immaculate, well-lit, and aesthetically pleasing.

• Oversee floral arrangements and decorations to enhance the boutique's ambiance.

5. Client Assistance:

• Ensure every client is attended to by a sales associate.

• Assist any waiting clients by offering them a seat and a beverage or by guiding them to the area/brand requested.

6. Administrative Duties:

• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.

• Assist in inventory management and merchandising as needed.

7. Coordinate with Boutique Staff:

• Collaborate with sales and service associates to ensure a smooth client experience.

• Communicate client preferences and special requests to the relevant staff members.

• Co-ordinate with sales associates on appointment management and scheduling.

8. Maintain Client Privacy:

• Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and transactions.

• Adhere to all privacy and security protocols.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

• Fluent in English and French

• Previous experience in a luxury retail or boutique setting is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, including point-of-sale software and scheduling applications.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging client situations with tact and diplomacy.

Ils proposent plus de 30 marques haut de gamme, créons des bijoux et des bagues de fiançailles, et offrent des services de réparation pour les montres et les bijoux. Ils sont déterminés à offrir le meilleur service à la clientèle possible.


Les locaux ont été entièrement rénovés et un agrandissement conséquent est en cours, offrant un nouvel environnement de travail magnifique. Ils sont une entreprise familiale avec une équipe soudée, à la recherche d'un(e) réceptionniste posé(e) et professionnel(le) pour nous rejoindre.

En tant que premier point de contact pour notre clientèle prestigieuse, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la création d'une impression durable et dans la garantie d'une expérience sans faille pour tous ceux qui entrent dans notre boutique. Responsabilités clés :

1. Accueillir et saluer les clients :

• Offrir un accueil chaleureux et hospitalier à tous les clients lorsqu'ils entrent dans la boutique.

• Veiller à ce que les clients soient rapidement pris en charge et se sentent valorisés.

2. Répondre aux demandes :

• Prendre et transférer les appels téléphoniques au bon vendeur ou au bon département. Lorsque nécessaire, prendre des notes détaillées de tout message et les distribuer en temps opportun.

• Fournir des informations précises et détaillées sur les offres de la boutique aux appelants.

3. Maintenir l'apparence de la boutique :

• Veiller à ce que la zone de réception de la boutique soit impeccable, bien éclairée et esthétiquement plaisante.

• Superviser les arrangements floraux et les décorations pour améliorer l'ambiance de la boutique.

4. Aide aux clients :

• Veiller à ce que chaque client soit pris en charge par un vendeur.

• Aider les clients en attente en leur offrant un siège et une boisson ou en les guidant vers la zone/marque demandée.

5. Tâches administratives :

• Gérer les tâches administratives telles que la saisie de données, le classement et la gestion du courrier entrant et sortant.

• Aider à la gestion des stocks et de la marchandise au besoin.

6. Coordination avec le personnel de la boutique :

• Collaborer avec les vendeurs et les employés du service pour garantir une expérience client fluide.

• Communiquer les préférences des clients et les demandes spéciales aux membres du personnel concernés.

• Coordonner avec les vendeurs la gestion des rendez-vous et de l'emploi du temps.

7. Maintien de la confidentialité des clients :

• Respecter strictement la confidentialité et la discrétion concernant les informations et les transactions des clients.

• Se conformer à tous les protocoles de confidentialité et de sécurité.

Qualifications :

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; une formation ou une certification supplémentaire en hospitalité ou dans un domaine connexe est un plus.

• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

• Expérience préalable dans un environnement de vente au détail de luxe ou dans une boutique est préférée.

• Compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles et communication professionnelle.

• Solides compétences en organisation avec une attention aux détails.

• Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques, y compris les logiciels de point de vente et les applications de planification.

• Capacité à rester calme sous pression et à gérer des situations client difficiles avec tact et diplomatie.
