Treatment Coordinator

Vaughan, Canada Concord Oral Surgery- Hwy 7 & 400 Full time

The role as a Treatment Coordinator is to give primary attention to providing an optimal experience for new patients while also providing support in a clinical assisting capacity.

That includes: Having awareness for each day’s objectives and optimizing the practice schedule

Creating a meaningful first impression and communicating the value of comprehensive interdisciplinary care.

Building trust with the patient, anticipating their needs, learning their objectives and concerns while educating them and summarizing their treatment plan and clinical options.

Reinforcing the doctor’s diagnosis and creating value for comprehensive care during discussions with the patient and referring practice team

Working with the PRD and front desk team to communicate the patient’s needs and create alignment with the referring practice

Researching and employing the latest trends and technology in dentistry including health and safety protocols and best practices

Taking individual accountability for my role and responsibilities

**Salary**: $30.00-$33.00 per hour

- Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Patients are prescreened, masks are required in clinic, hand sanitizing stations located through the clinic, common area surfaces sanitized regularly, Hepa air cleaners throughout clinic. Staff provided with PPE & Covid safety protocols followed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental Treatment Coordinator: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Dental Assistant Level 2 (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- HARP Certification (required)
