- Associate degree in Business Administration or similar
- 3+ years of administrative work experience
**Must-have skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communications, listening and customer service skills (English and French)
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be self-sufficient
- Ability to be flexible when priorities shift
- Extensive Computer Skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
