Executive Office Assistant - working as a self-employed/contractor for general clerical, administrative and office management duties. This role requires you to have a positive supportive attitude and a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Strong computer and media networking skills are imperative.
- Prior experience providing high-level executive or administrative support; experience in the real estate industry or paralegal experience an asset.
- Strong administrative and clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to display a high level of professionalism and diplomacy both within the team and with the public.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including the ability to format letters, templates and prepare professional printed communications.
- Proficiency in word processing, computer graphics, working with database, computer networking, Internet, and social media.
- Ability to meet time lines, proven ability to work independently and be flexible and accept responsibility.
