Office Manager

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Supervise and coordinate office operations and staff
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and payroll
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Place and coordinate orders to suppliers for materials needed on site
- Perform clerical duties as needed to support office functions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Concord, ON L4K 1J6
