The **Receptionist/Administrative Support** is responsible to support the office operations and is accountable to the Human Resources Manager.

**Major Job Responsibilities**
- Welcome visitors and employees to the office by greeting them; answering and referring questions
- Greet and direct callers by answering telephone calls from clients, determining nature of business, and directing callers to appropriate person
- Maintain a safe and clean office
- Maintain safety in the office by ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Match receiving documents to invoices, mail, and file paid invoices
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
- Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and trackers
- Improve processes to ensure we are always improving
- Other reception and administrative duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or 2 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- High level of motivation, reliability, and commitment
- Customer Service driven
- Ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines

**Salary**: $45,760.00 per year
