**Job Summary**

We are seeking a part-time **Office Assistant **for our office in Toronto. The position will require an individual with the ability to visit the office two days a week (ideally non-consecutive days), for about 2-3 hours each day. This position will report to the Facility Manager based in the Czech Republic.
- Note: This is a non-serviced office located at: 355 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, Unit 410._

**What You'll Do Here**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help manage the office environment for about 16 coworkers
- Check on the cleanliness of the office and communicate any issues
- Assist HR & IT with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Assist with refreshments for the office
- Support small onsite office events
- Keep the office organized and communicate with the team in regard to any new/updated office logistics
- Help monitor office usage
- Assist with the local mail/deliveries/shipments
- Ad-hoc tasks

**What You'll Bring to Us**
- 1 to 2 years of experience within an office administrative role would be advantage
- Good communication skills
- Ability to engage and maintain relationships
- Good organizational skills
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude
