We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. *Responsibilities*
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services, effectively upselling when possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling high volumes of calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
