As a Solar Lead Generator, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential customers directly at their doorstep. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments by educating homeowners about the benefits of solar power. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are driven, hardworking, and hungry for success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct community canvassing in residential areas to generate leads.
- Engage with potential customers, effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in direct sales or door-to-door canvassing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a hunger for financial success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejections.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
