**Job Title: Solar Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling solar panel systems and related services to residential and commercial customers. You will engage with potential clients, assess their energy needs, & provide information about solar energy solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of solar technology, and the ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, door-to-door, and attending events.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their energy needs, evaluate their property for solar feasibility, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- **Product Presentation**: Clearly articulate the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives, to potential customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging referrals.
- **Coordination with Installation Team**: Collaborate with the installation team to schedule site visits, ensure seamless project implementation, and address any technical questions or challenges.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep abreast of industry trends, solar technology advancements, government incentives, and regulations related to solar energy to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, battery storage, and grid-tied systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications or training in solar energy sales and installation are advantageous.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position typically involves both indoor and outdoor work, including client visits and site assessments.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate client schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Travel within a designated sales territory may be necessary.

**Salary**: $33,366.04-$103,493.34 per year
