**Job Title**:Solar Sales Advisor

Firefly Solar Inc. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting renewable energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. **Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Leads**: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as door-to-door canvassing, events, referrals, and online inquiries.
- **Educate Clients**: Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy solutions, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives available.
- **Conduct Consultations**: Conduct on-site consultations to assess customers' energy needs, evaluate their properties for solar suitability, and provide personalized recommendations.
- **Provide Excellent Customer Service**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, solar technology advancements, regulatory changes, and incentive programs to better advise clients and drive sales.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Collaborate with internal teams, including installation technicians, project managers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer experiences.
- **Meet Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while adhering to ethical sales practices and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, and battery storage solutions.
- Familiarity with financing options, incentive programs, and regulatory requirements related to solar installations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: $44,025.93-$133,541.84 per year
