**Job Title: Executive Assistant to the COO**
**Salary Range**:Starting$70,000**:

**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant to the COO provides high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless operations of the executive office. This role requires a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual capable of managing a variety of tasks, anticipating needs, and maintaining discretion. The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner to the COO, coordinating schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**
- Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
**Project Coordination**
- Track and follow up on action items and deliverables across various projects.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs or summaries for decision-making.
**Communication Management**
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Facilitate communication within the executive team and across departments.
**Event and Travel Planning**
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Organize and execute executive meetings, offsites, and events.
**Office Management**
- Maintain organizational systems for the COO’s files, records, and documentation.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, delegating tasks as appropriate.
**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
**Skills and Abilities**
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
