Experience
1) Significant* experience in providing **strategic advice and making recommendations to management (Manager level and above) on **complex procurement, program or project delivery issues. This includes: Risk and Issue Management, Change Management, Client Service Delivery, Program Planning (including financial and human resources) and Priority Setting.

2) Significant* experience in leading collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as other internal branches, government departments/agencies (Provincial, Territorial, or Federal), Industry and Private Sector on complex procurement issues.

3) Experience **managing human resources (defined as performing duties normally associated with supervising employees including but not limited to: allocating resources; assigning work, assessing and managing performance, providing feedback, approving leave, etc.) including labour relations issues.
- Significant:
Defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the execution of a diverse range of activities that are normally acquired over a period of five years. This includes the extent, depth, complexity and diversity of tasks and cases.

**Strategic advices:
Defined as giving recommendations on issues and actions based on your analysis of various factors and considerations. Making recommendations to management (Senior management) on complex* procurement related issues. This includes: Risk and Issue Management, Change Management, Client Service Delivery, Program Planning (including financial and human resources) and Priority Setting.

**Complex:
Defined as having at least two (2) of the following attributes: high-profile or sensitive, multi-stakeholder, high dollar value ($2M or more), high risk project (e.g. scope, security, emergency), multi-year or multi-phased project, multiple trade agreements, negotiation of price or non-standard terms and conditions)

**Managing Human resources:
Defined as managing human resources (defined as performing duties normally associated with supervising employees including but not limited to: allocating resources; assigning work, assessing and managing performance, providing feedback, etc.). Labor relations.
