Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at PSI Procurement Solutions International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Manage Teams: Lead and manage professional and support staff, ensuring effective team performance and productivity.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data analysis, budget planning, and vendor management.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Customer Service and Support: Evaluate customer service and store environments, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Business Planning and Development: Develop and implement business plans, including marketing strategies and product development.
  • Client Consultation and Support: Provide consultation and support to clients after sale, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, ensuring effective financial management and control.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Sales and Transactions: Conduct sales transactions, including negotiations and contract management.
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, procurement, or a related field.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Area of Specialization: Brand management.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, excellent communication skills, flexible, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, team player, integrity, and due diligence.
