Inside Sales Representative

Since 1989 Joto has been providing digital printing solutions and supplies to the custom printing industry and has become an industry leader supplying a wide range of products. We offer heat transfer papers for laser and inkjet copiers/printers, cuttable and printable heat transfer vinyls for têxtiles, sublimation, and DTG supplies. Joto also provides laser, sublimation, and DTG printers, together with equipment packages to help digital decorators get started or upgrade their existing equipment. We carry a wide variety of heat presses, mug presses, and vinyl cutters.

**Responsibilities will include**:
- Research, identify and contact potential customers
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Support customer service team when demand exceeds capacity
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Attend tradeshows
- Continuously improve through feedback
**Job Requirements**
- Being a go getter.
- Previous sales experience an asset
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Familiarity with the digital printing industry an asset
- Ability to speak fluently in French or Spanish considered an asset
- Excellent selling and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
