Customer Service Representative

SureWerx is a national supplier of tool, equipment, and safety product lines for the Canadian and US markets. Our range of products include abrasives, air tools, hand tools, material handling, lifting equipment and safety apparel and products. Our USA headquarters is in Elgin, Illinois, the Canadian location is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada with six branch offices located in the major cities across Canada.

**General Summary**:
Reporting directly to the National Inside Sales Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales order input activities and providing support to the inside sales team.
This position is offered on a hybrid schedule.
**Responsibilities**:
- Verify customer and order information for accuracy, cross-checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
- Contribute to the team by providing inside sales support, relaying pertinent information to the inside sales representative.
- File purchase orders daily to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain operations by adhering to policies and procedures, and reporting necessary changes.
- Perform administrative and office duties, such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functions.
