**The Opportunity**
Leavitt Machinery is looking for an Inside Product Support Representative to join our team in **Coquitlam, BC**. As the Inside Product Support Representative your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue for the service department though selling service agreements, parts and attachments, and maintain the overall relationship with our customers.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
As the Inside Product Support Representative your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive new retail service and parts revenue through the sale of PM, TPM and TMR service agreements, attachments, and assigned service jobs within the defined territory
- Handle requests, issues and complaints with newly signed accounts as well as accounts assigned by the Manager, Product Support ensuring expectations are met, increasing overall customer satisfaction levels
- Develop and maintain relationships and excellent communication with multiple key personnel with new and existing assigned accounts
- Communicate customer concerns and feedback to the Branch Service Manager.
- Meet established targets and key performance indicators
- Produce leads and opportunities for all Leavitt Machinery business units.
- Track leads, opportunities and maintain accurate records via Leavitt Machinery’s CRM
- Expand on abilities, skills, and traits through continuous improvement activities such as remaining up to date with technological and product improvements, maintaining knowledge of product lines, service, and support capabilities
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in sales, business management or a related discipline and/or previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset
- Knowledge of machinery and heavy equipment is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- High energy, motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident on the phone
- Proven ability for and interest in sales
