**New Business Acquisition** ;
- Identify and engage potential clients.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that can generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and business pitches to potential clients.
- Build and nurture new relationships through effective networking and cold calling.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, to secure new business deals.

**Business Development Strategy and relationships**
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with ComForCare Mississauga Goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and propose action plans to capitalize on them.
- Gather information’s and feedback from key clients to drive products and service improvements.

**Collaboration and Reporting
**- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress and key metrics.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand network and to stay updated.

**REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE**
- Undergraduate degree or experience in the healthcare industry
- High degree of autonomy and self organization
- Basic computer proficiency is required
- Dependable and reliable
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills

**Conditions**
- Base salary + Bonus related to hitting targets

**Job Types**: Part-time with option to move to Full time based on performance
