**Job Summary**
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling and networking
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals

**Skills**:

- Experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products for technical sales
- Business development acumen to identify growth opportunities

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
