Regional Sales Representative

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue generation for Gerdau S.A.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain rapport with customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage customer needs from end-to-end, including quoting, negotiating pricing and volume, and resolving customer complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales Manager, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer service and product availability.
- Establish and maintain accurate forecasts for sales volume and revenue.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the steel industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the steel industry, metals manufacturing, or commodities related to the steel industry.
- Education in business, sales and marketing, engineering, or material sciences.
This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry meetings.
