We are currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant to join our team, who needs to learn.
As the Administrative Assistant your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain up-to-date, complete and systematic filing system to support book-keeping and financial records
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Prepare monthly reports and statistics
- Miscellaneous clerical/administrative functions
- Other duties as identified by the Manager

**Required Qualifications**:

- High School graduate
- Previous working experience in reception/admin role
- Bookkeeping or Accounting Certification/Diploma/Degree preferred
- General understanding of computerized accounting systems - Quick books
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Must work well in a team and be able to communicate clearly and command the English language fluently
- High level of Problem Solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Formal training in business Financial or related field and asset
- Accounting/data entry/ bookkeeping experience not mandatory but asset
