Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Lloydminster. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and greet visitors with a smile, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
