**JOB DETAIL**

1. Integrate into client team and aid the current engineering team in their project delivery efforts.

2. This senior role includes all aspects of project management but includes experience with facility process design.

3. Facilities to included food manufacturing and warehousing.

4. This role will lead engineering efforts as well as onsite activities relative, construction, maintenance, and operations teams, Strong analysis skills, and strong communication skills, and experience in facility design and construction are key to success in this role.

**Primary Purpose**:
1. Track capital project plan for the current year (AC) and rolling 3 years (LRP), and project execution

**Approved projects**:
2. Execution pace/ Cost control/ Resources allocated (VSU Team, not limited to Engineering)/ Scope delivery/ Assist LTTS Project Execution Teams

**Funded projects**:
3. Sunset date (when the project is approved and WBS accounts created - ready for execution)/ For projects over $1MM, alignment with previous submission/ Liaison with Site Leadership Team (PLT) assuring all project metrics are aligned with plant Compelling Business Needs - CBN and Must-Win Battles (SSQDCM KPIs, such as cost savings, equipment efficiency, operational expenditure, Capital-related expenses, Sustainability)

**Responsibilities**:
4. Prepare reports: Capital expenditure vs overall plan/ Capital expenditure per project and align with Project Manager mitigation actions for deviations/ Risk assessment tracking/ 4-Boxes for all projects, starting with projects over $1MM./ Capital Work in Progress tracking/ Spreadsheet preparation and maintenance with asset in-operation date, and tag allocation/ Assure capitalization process happens in less than 90 days asset is in service/ Impact (positive or negative) on depreciation costs to Plant P&L through the capitalization process./ Asset Disposal Request preparation/ In partnership with Plant Controller, consult fiscal books to prepare the ADR, as part of a project execution (asset write-off)

5. Lead facility design from information gathering, to layout, to system designs, and estimating/ Root cause Analysis/ Vendor Management and Punch list/ management/ Scope creation, requirements gathering/ Project Delivery/ Lead cross functional project teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure project goals and objectives are successful/ Responsible for communication with stakeholders and project sponsors/ Actively maintain a continuous improvement mindset, suggesting and driving improvements related to efficiency, production, automation and/or equipment design/ Actively interact with all levels of the team ensuring a smooth transition from construction through to full scale operations/ Provide support to selected site/ Minimal travel expected when on assignment.

6. Ability to analyze data and create reports related to ROI and loan repayment plan (LRP)/ Lean Six Sigma Experience desirable/ Strong time management skills/ Excellent communication skills/ Able to work cross functionally with all levels of the organization/ Collaborative with a win-win mindset/ Good listener, actively seeking to gather input and understand plant needs/ Thrives in a team environment/ High level of ownership and initiative/ Dedication to collaborative work environment and committed to team success/ Internally motivated, goal driven, biased toward action/ Communicates in timely, honest, candid, direct, and concise manager in all environments.
