Description:
Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) by defining and implementing project management standards, processes, and best practices.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage and coordinate the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and resources needed for successful project execution.
Utilize your PMP certification and project management expertise to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Play a key role in evaluating capital investment opportunities, assessing their potential for generating positive returns and contributing to the organization's growth.
Contribute to the development and implementation of loan repayment plans for eligible employees, promoting financial well-being and support.
Leverage your knowledge of food manufacturing and processing to ensure projects related to these areas are efficiently managed and executed.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Collaborate with senior management to provide regular project status updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
**Salary**: $120,717.20-$130,896.68 per year
