**YOUR ROLE**

As a Benefit Administrator you are responsible for delivering exceptional client service during the processing of benefit and enrollment changes. The Benefit Administrators produce and deliver electronic monthly billing statements for their associated clients. If you are detail oriented, have exceptional client experience skills and have the ability to work well under pressure, this position is for you

**YOUR IMPACT**
- You will monitor, analyze, and manage enrollment changes in WEBS on a daily bases including the releasing of OneCARDS.
- You will be responsible for processing monthly billing statements accurately during the billing release period.
- You will identify errors on enrollment changes and work with the client to process any correction(s).
- You will be responsible for completing daily billing administration tasks as needed.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
- You will assist other team members with their responsibilities as required.

**THIS IS YOU**
- You have 1-2 years’ experience in claims administration, office administration, insurance, health sciences or related field.
- You have Post-secondary education in an administrative or related field.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You have exceptional Client Service skills.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have above average analytical, organizational and planning skills.
- You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have the ability to prioritize and must be able to manage multiple priorities in an environment of continuous change.
- You have the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and adhere to departmental standards
- You are self-motivated and results oriented. You demonstrate good judgement with the ability to accomplish tasks expediently and with minimum supervision.

**THIS IS NICE**
- You have previous experience in the group benefits industry.
- You are French Bilingual.

**YOUR COMPENSATION**

At the time of this posting, the estimated pay range for this position is $50,000-$53,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the base pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
