**The Opportunity**
The Supply Chain Manager - International Markets position offers an unparalleled opportunity to be at the forefront of our global expansion efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our supply chain capabilities as we scale our operations worldwide.
You will execute the deployment of warehouse operations and propel the optimisation of last-mile delivery across our burgeoning international markets. Join us to shape the future of our global supply chain and drive our success on the world stage
**The Role**
- Review current warehouse operations in international markets and drive improvements across all market
- Deliver improvements in operations across all markets - NZ, UK, CA, NA, SEA, CH
- Work with Global Retail Managers to lead and facilitate alignment between all international logistics teams. ensuring uniformed processes and procedures in all market.
- Work with Global Retail Managers and logistics teams to ensure all logistics operations are running efficiently and cost competitively
- Drive continuous improvements initiatives in the development, modification and processes within the Global Supply Chain
- Assist in aligning international supply chain operations with Customer Service objectives
**About You**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics/warehouse operations
- Understanding of 3PL
- Understanding of global expansion of supply chain operations
- Knowledge of global inventory practices and warehouse operations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strategic planning
- Global market understanding
- Compliance and regulatory knowledge
- Problem solving and decision making
- Attention to detail
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Willingness to travel for work
- Experience in last mile delivery of bulky goods desirable
