We're on the lookout for a passionate Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible to leverage data analysis to support our Distribution teams in making data informed business decisions with a strong focus to our day-to-day 3PL operations. You will have the opportunity to analyze, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure performance of existing processes related to our Distribution & Fulfillment Operations in North America.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Reporting & Analytics [40% time]**
- Monitor supply chain performance and develop reports to measure and update KPI’s and targets on a regular basis
- Create dashboards to capture operational and financial performance of each Supply Chain function and report results regularly.
- Support troubleshooting related to systems and reports impacting DC operations
- Update weekly visibility reports on the status of Purchase Orders and provide recommendations to our Buying and Distribution teams
**3PL Operations Support [40% time]**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between OAK+FORT and our 3PL, ensuring daily operations goals are met, addressing any issues, and managing escalations and requests between all relevant stakeholders
- Generate daily operations reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our 3PL fulfillment operations and service levels
- Conduct weekly inventory reconciliations between 3PL database and OAK+FORT ERP to ensure inventory accuracy
- Analyze invoice and spend data related to 3PL operations and work with Finance teams in bi-weekly reconciliations
**Other Tasks assigned [20% time]**
- Assist at annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Support our Operations team with the creation of automated reports
- Support troubleshooting related to systems and reports impacting daily operations
- Perform other projects and responsibilities as assigned
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- A bachelor's degree in data analytics, supply chain management or business management related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics with a preference in operations, supply chain or the retail industry
- Extremely proficient user of Microsoft Excel including VBA and Power Query
- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain technology solutions (Hands-on knowledge working with NetSuite or RF-Smart is a big plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly organized and autonomous individual
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
